As a Florida, U.S. native with dual citizenship in Canada & the U.S., Kristin specializes in luxury and condominium real estate transactions throughout Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding beaches’ area. Kristin was born on the east coast of Florida and, while growing up, has lived in several cities in the United States.
Later in life, she planted roots in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, for 14 years, where she discovered her passion as an entrepreneur and had many successful businesses. After her time in Canada, she returned to paradise, where she felt it was time to pursue her passion in real estate.
Upon returning to the Sunshine State, she jumped into the profession with enthusiasm and passion. Kristin has three daughters and is happy to call the Tampa Bay Beaches’ area home. When Kristin is not showing coastal properties and assisting her clients with their real estate goals, she enjoys time with her children, focusing on her fitness regimen, taking yoga classes or boating and enjoying the salt life!
